CASE STUDY
A J Morris were commissioned to construct a 15,000,000 Gallon Reservoir where we had to remove 500mm layer of topsoil and put in the outer embankment.
We excavated a 4m x 1.5m deep core trench into clay, to ensure all drainage was severed. We engineered boulder clay in 250mm layers until the crest of the reservoir was reached.
Construction was completed within a month of first arriving on the site, converting a bare arable field into a manicured and smooth 6 acre reservoir.
